Called H-Net, this product enables two-way wireless communications between customer and utility company at a network operation center (NOC) that receives data from a Base Station.  Each Base Station is capable of handling information from up to 20,000 smart meters that compile information every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day.  All of this is accomplished without the use of transmission towers, using the Internet and wireless technology built into the H-Net system.
